2021–present
Colectivo 19 has been entrusted by leading Colombian artists to bring their paintings into motion — preserving the soul of the original work while opening it into a new dimension of time and movement.
In collaboration with Block Art Ventures, we have animated works by Álvaro Barrios, Gonzalo Fuenmayor and Pedro Ruíz — three of Latin America's most significant living artists. The animated works were exhibited at Galería Fernando Pradilla, ARCO Madrid 2023.
Each commission is a dialogue between the painter's hand and our animation — nothing added that isn't already there.
